I am a high-performance coach specialising in unlocking the potential of individuals and teams.
With over 20 years of experience in leadership where I have held positions such as that of sales and marketing director, brand manager and senior project manager. Transitioning from an elite footballer to coach, my journey has always revolved around meaningful human-to-human communication and relationship-building. My superpower is active listening and non-judgmental support, combined with my cross-cultural international experience has enabled me to create tailor-made coaching and training solutions for organisations of all sizes.

I am a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Capacity Development expert.
I have a Ph.D. in development economics, and over 15 years experience in DEI consulting and capacity development. With my multicultural background, business mindset, and high-level leadership in strategic initiatives and project management, I have succeeded in driving inclusive and thriving cultures for DanChurchAid (DCA), University College Copenhagen, SIDA, Prominds DK, Living Institute and DIS – Study Abroad in Denmark.
